Experiments happen when you have a snowboard kitchen... we thought about doing a retro board and then we thought why don’t we make an all new modern classic?! The Steely-D features a deep progressive radius carving sidecut that lays savage trenches. Floaty waist widths that won’t have your toes draggin’ but nimble enough that your turns won’t be laggin’. A powerful camber contour sets up hard charging stability, pop and drive for SFD lines.
We put a big gentle entry nose on this thing so it would float all camber and couldn’t resist adding a little soft serve roll in the nose for cigarette boat powder penetration. The tail is tight and ready when you want to flick the switch. We kept the art simple and subtle so the shape does the talking but there is a little Quincy Quigg mind melter lurking in the dark.
